Rules:
- No phone on or anywhere near the bed.
- No phone on or near study/work table.
- Be a good person, better than you were yesterday. Be kind to yourself and others.
- Wrap up the day noting down everyday’s summary, what went good, what went wrong, you progress, thoughts, ideas, feelings.
- Always keep phone in a different room while working
- No Instagram on mobile.
- Strict Daily planning. Commit everything.
- Replace kindle with mobile during other activities.
- Less use of earphone/headphones.
- Write something either a joke/thesis/paper/ or a page in your book.
- Read something a book/paper
- Be a thinker, think about ideas
- 1 thing at a time
- Commit code everyday
